It is our intention to grow Rugby Football to an enviable height in Nigeria and to give poor people the chance to be winners to achieve their full potential and the emphasis will be given to youngsters to help them develop their game. To achieve this objective, Mr. Emeka Ukome, is being appointed Rugby Coordinator and will be responsible for coordinating coaching teams within schools,universities and communities in the Niger Delta region by introducing top level coaching and refereeing courses in a rugby style academy.
